ALEX-TUURS OÜ provides travel-related services. Within the scope of our activities, “delivery” refers to the provision of booking confirmations, travel documents and other information required for the trip.

Physical delivery of goods (parcels, courier services, etc.) is not provided via the tuurs.ee website.

1. Methods of providing documents

All documents and information related to travel services are provided to the client using the following methods:

  • Email
    The primary method of document delivery. Vouchers, booking confirmations, electronic tickets, insurance policies and instructions are sent to the email address provided by the client during the booking process or correspondence.
  • Electronic communication channels
    By prior agreement, important information or documents may also be duplicated via other communication channels (such as messaging applications), if agreed with the client.
  • In person at the office
    If necessary and by prior arrangement, the client may receive consultation or documents at one of our offices.

2. Timeframes for providing documents

The timeframes for providing documents depend on the nature of the travel service and the speed of confirmation by tour operators, carriers, accommodation providers or other service partners.

  • documents are provided after booking confirmation and completion of the required formalities;
  • for last-minute offers or urgent bookings, the timeframes may be shorter;
  • in case of changes to the booking, updated information or documents will be provided.

3. What the client should check

After receiving the documents, we recommend carefully verifying the following information:

  • first and last names of travellers (exactly as shown in travel documents);
  • travel dates, itinerary and included services;
  • contact details;
  • visa requirements and validity of travel documents (where applicable).

If any errors or inaccuracies are found, please notify us as soon as possible. In some cases, changes may only be possible up to a certain stage of the booking process.

4. Limitations and liability

  • The client is responsible for providing correct contact details.
  • We recommend checking the “Spam” and “Promotions” folders, as emails may be filtered automatically by email services.
  • ALEX-TUURS OÜ cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party email or communication services, but will make reasonable efforts to resend documents when necessary.

5. Physical delivery

Tuurs.ee does not provide physical delivery of goods. All materials and documents are delivered electronically, unless otherwise agreed individually.
